Bad Fishy Jet Boating Cairns

Want to know the best way to spend 35 minutes in Cairns? It’s a jet boat ride with Bad Fishy! It delivers on the adventure front with spins and speed, but also includes a side serve of sightseeing in Trinity Inlet, with commentary by an awesome local Captain. Pretty much everyone will enjoy this wild ride so add it to your list.

It’s a thrilling ride with several spins, guaranteed to put a smile on your dial.

Bad Fishy Go Wild In Trinity Inlet

It’s crazy how much fun you can pack into 35 minutes. This Cairns jet boat adventure begins and ends at Marlin Marina. In between you’ll head into the mangrove estuaries of Trinity Inlet, look for crocodiles and then take a quick spin into the shipping channel and rocket past the Cairns Esplanade and Lagoon. The scenery is amazing, the commentary informative and get ready for the spins – they are awesome!

“Our son loves fast boats, so this was always on our radar of things to do. We’ve been on several boats similar to this in New Zealand, so were interested to see how it would stack up. Can safely say we all climbed off at the end of the ‘ride’, with big smiles and slightly salty hair. Seriously – Worth It – So Much Fun!” – Julie Johnston

Bad Fishy The Ride & The Spins

Your ride is a super charged vessel, painted up with the distinctive markings of everyone’s favourite reef fishy, Nemo. It takes a maximum of 12 guests and has comfortable seats and bars you can hold on to. Everyone is given a life jacket and safety briefing before getting aboard and then you’re off.

Our captain was awesome! Apart from being the gun at handling the boat and pulling off impressive 360 spins while getting GoPro photos and videos, he stopped at strategic points and provided some local knowledge and advice. There were pumping tunes and a high vibe for the whole Bad Fishy ride. It amped up the adrenaline, but we felt safe the entire time (always a good thing).

There’s no bad seats on Bad Fishy, just good times and wild rides.
